## 通俗要点

如有任何不一致，以文件全文为准。

* 卡片面向年满 18 周岁、已通过身份验证的用户。验证只需通过一次：此后您的账户可持有多张卡，所有卡片均以通过验证的持有人名义发放，持有人对卡片的使用方式承担责任。
* 卡片由持有Visa牌照的持牌银行合作伙伴发行。
* Royalty Program 奖励只从卡片销售中支付：没有参与费用，级别也不出售。结果取决于您团队的销售情况，平台不承诺也不保证收入。
* 平台不提供法律、税务或财务咨询。交易与奖励的税务处理由您所在国家的法律决定。
* 个人数据依据 Privacy Policy 处理。除正式法律程序外，用户数据不会与第三方共享。
* 官方网站为 **rwanftcards.com**；官方渠道为网站内的[客服聊天](/cn/support)和 [support@rwanftcards.com](mailto:support@rwanftcards.com)。平台绝不会在网站之外索要密码、验证码或证件。
