# FAQ

> Short answers to the questions asked most often. The answers match the support base - the platform answers the same everywhere.

## Card and tiers

    No, a debit card: you spend only what you have topped up. There is no credit limit.

  <Accordion title="Are there hidden charges?">
    Maintenance is **\$0** for all 3 years, and there is no subscription. The only recurring fee is the [top-up fee](/en/limits-and-fees): **2.8%** on Standard, **2%** on the other tiers.

  <Accordion title="Is there cashback or interest on the balance?">
    No. Instead there is the [Royalty Program](/en/royalty-program): rewards for recommending the cards.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens after 3 years?">
    Renewal terms are published in advance, before the card term ends.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I get two cards?">
    One active card per verified identity. Everyone gets a card in their own name.

  <Accordion title="Can I raise the limits separately?">
    Limits are tied to the tier: higher tier, higher limits. You can [upgrade](/en/product) at any time.

    No.

## Top-up and payments

  <Accordion title="Can I top up by bank card or bank transfer?">
    No, top-up is crypto only: USDT (BEP-20, TRC-20) and USDC (BEP-20).

  <Accordion title="How fast does a top-up arrive?">
    Usually within minutes after network confirmation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I pay in euros and other currencies?">
    Yes. The balance is in dollars; payments in other currencies go through the payment network's conversion.

  <Accordion title="Does the card have an IBAN?">
    No, and that is part of the privacy: the card stays outside the automatic exchange of banking data. Incoming bank transfers are not accepted.

  <Accordion title="Can I withdraw cash?">
    Yes, with the physical Signature and Black cards - up to **\$3,000** per day.

## Verification and geography

    An international passport - for everyone; for most nationalities a driver's license or an ID card also works. The document must be valid.

    No. Only the form, a document and three photos.

    The list of available countries is shown in the application form; it is set by the banking partner.

  <Accordion title="Does verification from another platform or exchange count?">
    No, verification for the card is passed separately - a requirement of the banking partner.

## Royalty Program

    No. There are no fees, and ranks are not for sale - only team volume and team requirements. Rewards are paid exclusively from card sales.

    No. Volume accumulates for life, and a career rank is never downgraded.

  <Accordion title="Can I change my sponsor?">
    The sponsor is fixed once and forever. Disputes are resolved by [support](/en/support) using the system's records.

  <Accordion title="What carries over from RWA NFTFI?">
    Only [the "who invited you" connection](/en/rwa-nftfi-ecosystem). Teams, volumes, ranks and balances do not transfer - the cards platform starts from zero.

    That depends on the laws of your country - consult a tax advisor.

## Security

    Funds sit in a segregated account apart from the bank's capital, and deposits are insured.

    The only official website is **rwanftcards.com**. The platform never asks for passwords, codes or documents outside the site.

## Waitlist

    No, the application is free. If anyone asks money for a place in the queue - they are scammers.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What does the waitlist give me?">
    Verification in advance and an instant purchase on launch day, a personal referral link that already works, and a queue with early access building up.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is a referral code required?">
    Not on the waitlist. At the sales launch a sponsor is needed to purchase - assigned automatically or by code.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How many cards are in the first wave?">
    **5,000**, and the counter of remaining spots is on the site. Your queue position gives early access to purchase.
