The relationship between the platform and the user is governed by four documents - published on the site and serving as the source of truth for all terms:

By applying and purchasing a card you accept these documents.

## The essence in plain words

Whenever anything differs, the full text of the documents prevails.

* The card is available from age 18, after identity verification. One active card per verified identity.
* Cards are issued by a licensed banking partner under a Visa license.
* Royalty Program rewards are paid exclusively from card sales: there are no participation fees, and ranks are not for sale. The result depends on your team's sales - the platform does not promise or guarantee income.
* The platform does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Taxation of transactions and rewards is determined by the laws of your country.
* Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. User data is not shared with third parties outside an official legal procedure.
* The official website is **rwanftcards.com**; the official channels are the on-site [support chat](/en/support) and [support@rwanftcards.com](mailto:support@rwanftcards.com). The platform never asks for passwords, codes or documents outside the site.
