# Plastic for the everyday. Metal as a statement.

> Plastic and metal cards

A physical card comes with the two top tiers:

Both are contactless, and both work everywhere Visa is accepted.

## No name on the card

There is no cardholder name - only the brand. It is part of the [privacy approach](/en/trust-and-security): the card tells nothing about its owner.

## Delivery

The card arrives by mail, and the tracking number is visible in your account. Delivery is already included in the tier price. Timing depends on the country and is shown when you order. There is no need to wait for the package to start using the tier: the virtual card works from the first minute.

## Activation

Card in hand - activate it from your account:

Until activation the card is inactive: it cannot pay, and only the account owner can activate it. The PIN code arrives in the envelope together with the card.

## Cash

Signature and Black withdraw **up to \$3,000 per day** at ATMs. [Transaction limits](/en/limits-and-fees) are the same as the tier's virtual card: the physical card does not split them - it mirrors them.
