## What we help with

* Your application and its statuses
* Verification questions
* Account and sign-in
* Top-up and payments
* The Royalty Program and team bindings

Sponsor disputes are resolved using the system's records - every binding carries its exact time and source.

## How to get an answer faster

1. Write from the email your application is on, or mention it in the message.
2. Describe the situation in one or two sentences.
3. Attach a screenshot if you see an error.

## What support will never ask for

This is your shield against scammers - remember four things:

<Columns cols={2}>
  <Card title="Passwords, codes from emails and seed phrases" icon="key">
    Never, in any form.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Documents in the chat" icon="file-lines">
    Never: documents are uploaded only through the form on the site.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Card details" icon="credit-card" href="/en/trust-and-security">
    Never.
  </Card>

  <Card title="A payment or a transfer" icon="money-bill-transfer">
    Never: support does not take payments.
  </Card>

> If someone claims to be support and asks for anything on this list - they are scammers, no matter how convincing the profile or the site looks. The only official website is **rwanftcards.com**, and similar domains are not ours. Send the link or a description to the real chat - we will take it from there.
