That depends on the laws of your country - consult a tax advisor.

Security

Funds sit in a segregated account apart from the bank’s capital, and deposits are insured.
The only official website is rwanftcards.com. The platform never asks for passwords, codes or documents outside the site.

Waitlist

Verification in advance and an instant purchase on launch day, a personal referral link that already works, and a queue with early access building up.
Not on the waitlist. At the sales launch a sponsor is needed to purchase - assigned automatically or by code.
5,000, and the counter of remaining spots is on the site. Your queue position gives early access to purchase.
