Ranks and percentages
A rank is granted when both conditions are met - team volume and team:
- Manager - 2 Starter or 1 Agent
- Pro Manager - 2 Agent or 1 Manager
- Director - 3 Manager or 1 Pro Manager
- Pro Director - 3 Pro Manager or 1 Director
- Chief Director - 3 Director or 1 Pro Director
- Vice President - 3 Pro Director or 1 Chief Director
- President - 2 Chief Director or 1 Vice President
- Founder - 3 Vice President or 2 President
You earn the difference
Every rank has its own personal sale percentage. Your share of a sale deep in the team is the difference between your percentage and what has already been paid out below. It works at any depth: the system distributes percentages up the chain - up to the full 40%. The bigger your lead over your team, the bigger your share of every sale it makes.Three situations with real numbers
Personal sale
You are a Chief Director (32%), and your client bought a Black card for $499 - you earned about $160 the moment they paid.A sale deep in the team
A Starter-rank partner sold a Black card for $499:
One sale - three people earned, and the full 40% went out along the chain.
Growth decides
The same card was sold by a Manager, and above them sits a partner of a lower rank:
The system always pays those who are ahead in rank: your team is catching up with you - grow faster than your team.
Matching bonus - income from your team’s income
You earn a percentage of the rewards your line partners earn - regardless of their rank, even if they have outranked you.
A first-line partner earned $1,000 - you automatically get $50. At team scale, with 10 partners in each line and each of them earning $1,000:
- 1st line - +$500
- 2nd line - +$400
- 3rd line - +$300
A total of +$1,200 from your team’s earnings.
Payment bonus
A one-time bonus for the first close of each rank. What counts as a sale
Counted as a sale
- A card purchase of any tier
- A tier upgrade
- A gift certificate - on activation
Not counted toward volume
- Card top-ups
- Reissues
- Service fees
Rewards
Credited instantly, in USDT, with every sale - and the rank recalculates right away. From there, three paths:- Withdraw - weekly, from $5, BEP-20 network.
- Top up your own card.
- Spend inside the platform - on a tier upgrade or a gift certificate.
Rules worth knowing
- Team volume accumulates for life and never resets - your career rank never expires.
- Team requirements count personally invited partners with an active card.
- An active card means an active referral link. What you have earned is yours forever.
- There is no cap: neither on team depth nor on total rewards.
