  • Tier - a card option: Standard, Premium, Signature, Black. They differ in price, card type and limits.
  • Virtual card - a card with no physical carrier: details live in your account, payments run online and via Apple Pay / Google Pay. It does not withdraw cash.
  • Physical card - plastic (Signature) or metal (Black): delivered by mail, withdraws cash at ATMs.
  • Upgrade - moving to a higher tier; available at any time.
  • BIN - bank identification number: the first digits of a card number that point to the issuing bank. The platform is connected to 30 independent BINs.
  • IBAN - an international bank account number. The card has none: incoming bank transfers are not accepted - it is part of the privacy approach.
  • Segregated account - a separate account where client funds are kept apart from the bank’s capital.
  • 3DS - online payment confirmation with a code: an extra layer of protection.
